KDC Welding is a mobile service. We bring the equipment to your machine, trailer or job site, so you're not hauling heavy equipment to a shop.

Core service

Portable Line Boring & Bore Welding

We bring the machine to your equipment, so there's no teardown and haul to a machine shop. Worn, egg-shaped pin bores make equipment loose and sloppy and wear out pins and bushings fast. We build them up and line bore them back to size on-site, right where the machine sits.

Worn pin bores on excavator and loader buckets, sticks and booms, plus hinge points and pivots
Automatic bore welding to build up worn bores, then rebore to size
Small to large pin bores, up to 12″ diameter
Facing tool to machine boss ends and faces flat
Hydraulic bushing press to press worn bushings out and new ones in, on-site

Portable CNC Oxy-Fuel Cutting

Precision CNC torch cutting of steel, done on-site, right on the steel. Our portable CNC cutter clamps directly onto the beam, plate, channel or equipment, so no cutting table is needed.

Cut openings, brackets, plates and parts right where the steel is, in the field or the shop
Can mount vertically or upside down to reach the cut
Cuts from DXF files, shapes built on the spot, or traced from an existing part

CN-Seamless Mach 1: Portable CNC Oxy-Fuel Cutting

A portable CNC cutting system with an oxy-fuel torch attachment. Its electromagnetic base clamps directly onto the steel workpiece, so the cut happens on-site, right on the beam, plate, channel or equipment, with no cutting table needed.

Mounts flat, vertical or upside down
68-inch diameter cutting range per setup, and it can be repositioned to keep cutting
Cuts from DXF files, shapes built on its tablet, or traced parts
